1. Service overview

Unlock provides IMEI-based network unlock services for iPhone 12 and above, and MacBook (2023 and newer). iPad unlock services are currently not active. iPhone X and earlier models are not supported.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices range from $212 to $1,199 depending on the device and model. All payments are accepted in USDT (ERC-20) to the address provided after IMEI verification.

Full price list is displayed on the main page after model selection.

3. IMEI verification (sickw.com)

Before proceeding with payment, you must verify your IMEI status on sickw.com. This confirms that the device is eligible for unlock. By continuing, you acknowledge that you have performed this check.

4. Payment window

After IMEI submission and verification, you have 30 minutes to complete the payment. The timer starts when you proceed to the payment screen. If the timer expires, the session resets.

After you submit your IMEI, an email will be automatically generated with the following details:

• IMEI number
• Device model
• Price (USDT)
• Payment wallet address

The email is sent to your default mail client. Please ensure you send the payment from the same email address for tracking.

7. Terms & conditions

7.1 Eligibility

Only iPhone models from iPhone 12 upwards and MacBook models from 2023 onwards are eligible. iPad unlock services are not available at this time. Devices must not be reported as lost, stolen, or blacklisted.

7.2 Refund policy

All payments are final. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete the unlock after receiving payment. You must provide proof of payment and IMEI. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

7.3 Processing time

Unlock processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation for iPhones. MacBook unlocks may take 2–5 business days. You will be notified via email once completed.

7.4 Liability

We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or warranty voiding that may occur during the unlock process. The service is provided "as is". By using our service, you accept full responsibility for your device.

7.5 Privacy

Your IMEI and email address are used solely for processing your unlock request. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
